Why We Exist

At Carpool.School , our mission is crystal clear: 'One Less Car on the Road.'

We make it happen by helping parents carpool with the support of schools. By empowering our community of schools and families with the tools they need to seamlessly organize and connect for carpools, we eliminate any unnecessary friction from the process.

However, our vision extends beyond this—to gain economic efficiencies and create societal benefits. We're taking deliberate steps to make a meaningful impact and are dedicated to crafting practical solutions.

Join us on this journey if you resonate with our mission and vision, and if you're enthusiastic about making a difference and eager to learn along the way.

Life at Carpool.School

Carpool.School aspires to become (note, we are not yet one) a B Corp certified corporation. B Corp Certification is holistic, and not exclusively focused on a single social or environmental issue. The process to achieve and maintain certification is rigorous and requires engaging teams and departments across your company.

Carpool.School's mission is already committed to making a meaningful impact on our Community, Environment, and Customer. Additionally, we prioritize upholding the highest standards of corporate responsibility in the remaining impact areas measured by B Corp certification, namely Governance and Workers.

This commitment extends to ensuring that our early-stage employees feel valued and supported. We acknowledge their efforts and strive to fairly reward them, even as we continue to grow and evolve. Carpool.School is taking concrete steps towards this commitment and a participant of NC State B Corp Clinic’s Spring 2024 cohort.
